12H00:

Located in an former monastery dating from the 17th century, the largest wine cellars in Burgundy will welcome you for a voyage to the heart of wines. A wine steward-cellarer will guide you through an impressive labyrinth of galleries in which several million bottles are stored and offer you a tasting featuring 4 wines.

15H30:
Guided tour of the FALLOT Moutarderie (mustard mill)
The Fallot company has preserved intact a historic heritage, which it has decided to present to small groups of mustard lovers. This journey of discovery takes place in the Napoleonic building that housed the original mustard mill. The jars, table-mounted sieves, old drive belts, winnowing machines and, above all, the millstones testify to the 19th century craftsmen’s skills.
